HEALTHY LIVING

How to build micro habits that actually stick
The problem is that knowing and doing aren’t the same thing. Micro habits are small, simple actions — often taking less than two minutes — that make it easier for you to follow through on a task or routine change. Instead of relying on motivation, they work with how your brain naturally builds routines over time.

That difference is key. When something feels easy to start, you’re far more likely to keep doing it.

Health and fitness tip
Follow your passion and do the things you love. People who believe their lives have meaning and live their lives with purpose report higher life satisfaction and psychological well-being. Find the things you are passionate about and pursue them. It’s worth the effort.

Restorative yoga class
Discover the calming power of restorative yoga, a gentle practice designed to help you deeply relax and recharge. Unlike more active styles of yoga, restorative sessions use props like bolsters, blankets and blocks to fully support the body in restful poses. This allows your muscles to release tension, your nervous system to reset and your mind to quiet. Physically, restorative yoga can help improve flexibility, reduce fatigue, and support recovery from stress or injury. Mentally, it aids in cultivating mindfulness, easing anxiety and promoting better sleep. Join our classes to help restore balance, nurture your body, and leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
*See the TechnoGym app for class days and times.
